We offer two shipping options: USPS First Class (2-6 days) and USPS Priority (1-4 days)
Local orders take X business days to be delivered to you and we ship within X business days.

Shipping cost varies depending on your chosen delivery method and country. Full price will be displayed at checkout.
PLEASE NOTE:USPS products and packages may require more time to be delivered due to limited transportation availability as a result of the ongoing COVID-19 impacts. First-Class Package Service® two and three day service commitments will be extended to three and four days respectively. Priority Mail's two-day and three-day service commitments will be extended to three days and four days, respectively.
Items from theOGprintcess are all customized products and are free of material defect at the time of shipping, so there are no returns on any item(s).
Please inspect your items upon delivery and if we have overlooked an issue with an order, please let us know within 3 days of receipt. After 3 days, no replacements will be given. Graphic fonts and vinyl colors for specific products can vary, and we are not able to return or redo any item for mistakes with your graphic tee order or if you are not happy with the way that a letter or color looks. Please note that actual colors may vary slightly from images shown due to monitor and screen settings.
If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - you must have all original packaging that the item was shipped in.
For any issues with your order, please email theogprintcess@icloud.com with the subject 'Damaged Item' and include your order number, name and pictures of the damaged item and packaging.
After placing your order you will recieve an Order Confirmation. If you do not see this Email in your Inbox please check your Junk/Spam.
